SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION was founded in 2026 with a vision to provide quality education to underprivileged children in rural India. Our organization works tirelessly to address the educational needs of marginalized communities across various states, including Maharashtra. We believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of young minds and empowering them to become active citizens. Our programs focus on providing educational support, resources, and opportunities to students in government schools, anganwadis, and local communities. We have implemented innovative educational initiatives, such as digital literacy programs, teacher training, and vocational skills development, to enhance the learning experience and improve educational outcomes. Our efforts have positively impacted 500+ beneficiaries, with 5 years of dedicated service.

We strive to make education inclusive and accessible for all. In Maharashtra, we worked with schools to develop accessible infrastructure and trained teachers to support children with disabilities. As a result, 30 schools became accessible, and 100 teachers were trained, benefiting 500 children with disabilities.

In today's digital age, digital literacy is crucial. SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION introduced digital literacy programs in India, focusing on basic computer skills and online safety. Over 1,000 youth benefited, with 50% securing jobs or starting their own businesses within a year.

To address unemployment, SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION offers vocational training programs in India. We partnered with local industries to provide training in skills like tailoring, electrical work, and beauty services. Over 500 youth were trained, with 80% securing employment or starting their own businesses.
Parent Engagement
We believe that parents play a vital role in their children's education. SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION organized parent-teacher meetings and workshops in India, encouraging parents to take an active interest in their children's learning. This resulted in a 30% increase in parental involvement and a 20% increase in student learning outcomes.
Teacher Training
Well-trained teachers are essential for quality education. SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION provided training to teachers in India, focusing on innovative teaching methods and subject knowledge. Over 200 teachers benefited, with 80% reporting improved teaching practices.
Girls' Education
