The Shiksham Foundation's journey is a testament to the power of unwavering commitment and grassroots action. Founded by Radha Gupta, the organization began as a humble initiative and has grown into a structured force for social change.

Part 1: The Inception (2018-2022)

Recognizing the profound gaps in rural education and healthcare, Radha Gupta laid the foundation of Shiksham. The initial years were focused on deep community immersion. We started by organizing small, informal literacy circles and basic health awareness drives in remote villages. This period was characterized by building trust, understanding local nuances, and identifying the critical pain points that required systemic intervention. Through sheer dedication, the first cohort of children was integrated into formal schooling systems.

Part 2: Expansion & Structural Impact (2023-Present)

As the need grew, so did our capabilities. Transitioning from localized efforts to structured, multi-dimensional programs, Shiksham Foundation launched formalized initiatives across four key pillars: Education, Skill Development, Community Empowerment, and Health. Under the strategic direction of Sharad Gupta, we expanded our footprint, established vocational training centers, and mobilized medical professionals for large-scale health camps. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope, continuously evolving to meet the challenges of rural development and striving toward our vision of an empowered India.
