SHIKSHAM FOUNDATION was founded in 2026 with a vision to provide quality education to underprivileged children in rural India. Our organization works tirelessly to address the educational needs of marginalized communities across various states, including Maharashtra. We believe that education is the key to unlocking the potential of young minds and empowering them to become active citizens. Our programs focus on providing educational support, resources, and opportunities to students in government schools, anganwadis, and local communities. We have implemented innovative educational initiatives, such as digital literacy programs, teacher training, and vocational skills development, to enhance the learning experience and improve educational outcomes. Our efforts have positively impacted 500+ beneficiaries, with 5 years of dedicated service.

প্রতিষ্ঠা
শিখাম ফাউন্ডেশন ভারতে মহারাষ্ট্রে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল প্রান্তিক সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য মানসম্পন্ন শিক্ষা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে। আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা, শরদ গুপ্তের নেতৃত্বে, আমাদের প্রথম প্রোগ্রাম চালু করার জন্য উত্সাহী শিক্ষাবিদ এবং সম্প্রদায় নেতাদের একটি দলকে একত্রিত করেছিলেন।
সম্প্রসারণ
আমরা মহারাষ্ট্রের গ্রামীণ অঞ্চলে আমাদের কর্মসূচি প্রসারিত করেছি, 500 জন সুবিধাভোগীর কাছে পৌঁছেছি এবং স্থানীয় সংস্থাগুলির সাথে অংশীদারিত্ব স্থাপন করেছি।
উদ্ভাবন
আমরা ডিজিটাল সাক্ষরতা এবং বৃত্তিমূলক প্রশিক্ষণ সহ উদ্ভাবনী কর্মসূচি চালু করেছি, যা ভারত এবং মহারাষ্ট্রে 1,000 যুবককে উপকৃত করেছে।
স্কেলিং
আমরা আমাদের কর্মসূচিগুলি প্রসারিত করেছি, মহারাষ্ট্র জুড়ে 5,000 জন সুবিধাভোগীর কাছে পৌঁছেছি এবং ভারতে একটি শীর্ষস্থানীয় শিক্ষা এনজিও হিসাবে নিজেদের প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছি।
